EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a cancellation or return request directly through your customer account:

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your withdrawal request by email. After withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods.
Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, including strings, sheet music with markings, or items returned in non-original condition. See our full return conditions below.
Shipping Policy
Metzler Violin Shop offers free standard shipping on most orders of $99 or more within the continental United States, including strings, sheet music, violins, violas, and most other lightweight items and accessories. Heavy or bulky items such as cellos, basses, cello cases, amps, heavy wood or steel stands, and cello chairs are not included in the free shipping offer. For these items, and for orders under $99, shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. Expedited and non-standard shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.
We ship internationally as well. International shipping is calculated on a case-by-case basis, and orders may be subject to tariffs or taxes imposed at the destination.
Orders with free shipping may take up to 10 days to arrive within the continental United States, though most arrive within 5 days. Carrier selection for free shipping orders is at the discretion of Metzler Violin Shop.
Return Policy
Metzler Violin Shop offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. Returns initiated within 15 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund. Returns initiated within 30 days are eligible for store credit.
All returns require prior email authorization. For instrument or bow returns, detailed instructions will be provided upon authorization.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shop error.
The following restocking fees apply:
All instrument and bow returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund or store credit.
Electronic items, shrink-wrapped items, and electric instruments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Kun Seven and Korfker shoulder rests are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
