The Metzler Violin Shop in collaboration with Andrew Carruthers Violins proudly presents The Offbeat Quartet Series!



Over the past few years, Andrew built a collection of unique instruments inspired by elements of nature. Dubbed “Offbeat Violins,” they question and examine the art of violin making by entwining tradition and modernity.*

Our collaboration foregoes traditional sales in lieu of pure inspiration. By loaning these instruments to like-minded artists, we hope they will become catalysts for creativity, connection, and exploration.
