"Solare" 4/4 violin, 2023 | Metzler Violins

The Solare has quickly become one of the most requested intermediate violin models in our shop and is a favorite among local violin teachers.

Its sound is expansive and robust, with a broad, warm core and a soloistic projection. It produces a generous, enveloping sound under the ear, yet cuts clearly through a room or hall. 

Visually, the instrument is very striking, characterized by a wash of several shades of reddish varnish, which inspired its name.

Every Solare is carefully set up in our shop to ensure optimal bridge fit, soundpost position, and string height. We love this instrument and we think you will too!
